What you get

  • Content plan. We sort your text, photos and product data into a page plan before design starts, so nothing is cut at the last minute.
  • Layout and design. A cover and two inside spreads first for your approval, then the full document.
  • Folds and formats. Bi-fold, tri-fold, gate fold, Z-fold, or a stapled or perfect-bound catalogue.
  • Paper and finishing advice. Stock, weight, lamination and spot UV matched to your budget and how the piece will be used.
  • Print-ready files. PDFs with bleed and crop marks to your printer’s specifications, plus a screen version for WhatsApp and email.

Brochures people keep

A brochure competes with a phone screen. Readers scan the cover, then one spread, then decide. We put the one thing you want them to remember on the cover, put the price or the call to action where the thumb lands, and keep the type large enough for older readers at a property launch or clinic counter.

For catalogues, we build a grid and product table template once, so adding 40 new SKUs next year is a production job, not a redesign.

Who we design brochures for

Property developers, manufacturers and distributors, clinics and wellness centres, schools and food brands across the Klang Valley and Penang. Need a document about your company rather than a product? See company profile design. Ready to brief us? Get a quote.

How a project runs

  1. Brief

A 30-minute call on your business, buyers and competitors. You get a written brief to approve.

  2. Concepts

Distinct directions, each shown on your real products, signage or pages.

  3. Refine

We develop the chosen direction with your feedback until it is right.

  4. Hand over

Print-ready and digital files, plus a guide your printer and team can follow.

Questions clients ask before they hire us

How much does brochure design cost in Malaysia?

Our brochure and catalogue design costs RM1,000 to RM5,500. A folded brochure sits at the lower end and a multi-page catalogue at the upper end. Freelancers charge RM200 to RM500 for a trifold, and agency product catalogues can reach RM5,500 to RM20,000 when they run to many pages.

How long does brochure design take?

One to three weeks from receiving your content. A bi-fold or tri-fold takes about a week. A 16 to 32 page catalogue with product tables takes two to three weeks.

Do you write the copy?

Yes. We can write or edit the copy in English, and coordinate Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese translation. If you supply the text, we edit it for length so it fits the layout without shrinking the type.

What fold should I choose?

A tri-fold DL brochure suits a rack or counter and a short message. A bi-fold A4 suits a price list or a single product. If you have more than six panels of content, a stapled booklet of 8 pages or more reads better than a complicated fold.

What paper do you recommend?

For folded brochures, 128gsm or 157gsm art paper is standard in Malaysian print shops. For catalogue covers, 260gsm or 310gsm art card with matt lamination holds up to handling. We ask your printer for samples before you commit to a run.

Do you handle printing?

We deliver print-ready PDFs to your printer's specifications and review their proof with you. If you need a printer, we can suggest options in the Klang Valley and Penang.

Can you update an existing catalogue?

Yes. For annual price or range updates we work from your existing files and charge only for the pages that change. If the old files are not editable, we rebuild them first so future updates are faster.
