The logo has drifted over the years
Each department has redrawn, stretched or recoloured the logo. A refresh fixes one correct version and a guide everyone can follow.

O2O Creative refreshes corporate and SME brands across Malaysia with a fixed-price brand refresh kit: identity refresh, company profile, stationery and templates. Kits start from RM9,000 and take about six to eight weeks. We also design annual reports for listed groups, from our Petaling Jaya and Penang studios.

The company profile is out of date
New subsidiaries, projects and certifications are missing. Tenders, banks and clients read an old story about your business.
Staff build documents from scratch
Proposals, letters and slides look different from every team. Shared templates save time and keep the brand consistent.

Company profiles and annual reports
For Malaysian SMEs and groups, the company profile does the heavy lifting in vendor registration, tenders and bank financing, so we write it around what those readers check. Listed groups on Bursa Malaysia also publish an annual report each year. We design it in the same identity, with consistent charts and tables, and plan the schedule around your audit and AGM dates. Questions clients ask before they hire us
How much does corporate branding cost in Malaysia?
An SME brand refresh with identity refresh, company profile, stationery and templates starts from RM9,000. Bought separately, a corporate identity costs RM5,000 to RM15,000 and a company profile RM2,500 to RM8,000. Malaysian agencies quote RM15,000 to RM35,000 for a full SME rebrand with strategy.
Should we refresh our logo or rebrand completely?
Refresh when customers already recognise your logo and the problem is inconsistency or a dated look. Rebrand when the business has changed direction, merged or outgrown its name. Most SMEs we see need a refresh.
How long does a brand refresh take?
About six to eight weeks for the identity refresh, company profile, stationery and templates. Rolling the new look onto signage, vehicles and uniforms happens after that, usually in stages.
Do you design annual reports?
Yes. We design annual reports for listed and private groups, working from your finance team's text and audited statements and your corporate secretary's timetable. Annual reports are quoted separately by page count and print run.
Which templates are included?
Usually a PowerPoint or Google Slides deck, a letterhead and proposal template in Word, email signatures and social post templates. We build them so staff can edit text without breaking the layout.
