What you get

  • Brief and research. A 30-minute call, then a written brief covering your customers, competitors and where the logo will appear.
  • Up to three concepts. Each shown on your real signboard, packaging or uniform, not on a blank page.
  • Refinement. Rounds of changes on the chosen concept until it is right.
  • Every version you need. Full colour, one colour, reversed, horizontal, stacked and a square icon for social media.
  • A one-page usage guide. Colours in CMYK, RGB and HEX, clear space, and the smallest size it can be printed.

Agency, freelancer or template: what the price buys

Option Typical price in Malaysia What you get
Template logo site RM100 to RM500 A stock symbol with your name, often used by other businesses too
Freelancer RM300 to RM800 One designer, usually one concept, files on request
Design agency RM2,000 to RM6,000 Research, several concepts, refinement, a full file set and usage guide

A logo goes on every signboard, invoice, package and post for years. Spread over three years, the difference between a template and a designed mark is less than RM5 a day.

How we design a logo that lasts

We test every concept at the sizes it will really be used: a 16-pixel browser icon, an embroidered polo shirt, a lightbox signboard read from across the road. A logo that only works large fails in daily use.

We also check it against the competitors your customers see on the same shelf or the same Google Maps search, so yours is the one that stands out.

Who we design logos for

Restaurants and cafes, clinics and wellness centres, property developers, manufacturers and startups across the Klang Valley, Penang and the rest of Malaysia. Clients include KLK, A’Famosa, Hello DNA and Garden of Eden.

How a project runs

  1. Brief

A 30-minute call on your business, buyers and competitors. You get a written brief to approve.

  2. Concepts

Distinct directions, each shown on your real products, signage or pages.

  3. Refine

We develop the chosen direction with your feedback until it is right.

  4. Hand over

Print-ready and digital files, plus a guide your printer and team can follow.

Questions clients ask before they hire us

How much does logo design cost in Malaysia?

A professional logo from a Malaysian agency typically costs RM2,000 to RM6,000. Freelancers charge RM300 to RM800 and template logo sites RM100 to RM500. Our fixed quote depends on how many concepts you need and whether you want usage guidelines.

How long does a logo design take?

Two to four weeks from the approved brief to final files. Week one is research and concepts, weeks two and three are refinement, and the last days are file preparation and a short usage guide.

How many logo concepts and revisions do I get?

Up to three distinct concepts, then rounds of refinement on the one you choose. The quotation states the number of rounds, typically two to three, so there are no surprise charges.

What files will I receive?

Vector AI, EPS and SVG for print and signage, PNG and JPG for web and social, plus full colour, one colour, reversed and icon versions. You also get a one-page guide with colours, clear space and minimum sizes.

Do I own the copyright to my logo?

Yes. Copyright in the final logo passes to you when the final invoice is paid, and you receive the editable source files. We only show the work in our portfolio with your permission.

Can you design a logo that works in English, Malay and Chinese?

Yes. We design bilingual and trilingual lockups, including Chinese characters and Jawi where needed, and check each script with a native reader.

Can you refresh my existing logo instead of starting again?

Yes. A refresh keeps the recognition you have built and fixes what does not work, such as legibility at small sizes or a dated typeface. It usually costs less than a new logo.
